By creating a StreamXP workspace you agree to these terms.
The service
StreamXP provides overlays, alerts and analytics for live sellers. Features depend on your plan. We may change or discontinue features with notice.
Your account
You are responsible for your workspace, your team members and keeping your overlay URLs private. You must have the right to connect the eBay account you use with the service and you remain bound by eBay's own terms.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to mislead buyers, interfere with eBay, or attempt to access other workspaces' data.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost sales, missed alerts or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
