Privacy policy

StreamXP ("we", "us") provides on-stream tools for live sellers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and workspace name, used to sign you in and run your workspace.
• eBay data: when you connect your eBay seller account we receive an OAuth token and read your orders (buyer username, item title, price). We use this only to show winner alerts and sales analytics on your stream and dashboard. We never list, edit or cancel anything on eBay on your behalf.
• Stream analytics: if you install our Chrome extension, it sends the viewer, like, comment, bid and sale counts shown in your own eBay Stream Manager tab to your workspace. It sends nothing from any other site.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.

How we protect it

eBay tokens are encrypted at rest. Each workspace's data is isolated in our database with row-level security. Data is hosted on Vercel and Neon in the United States.

Your choices

Disconnect eBay at any time from Dashboard → eBay connection, which deletes the stored token. Revoke the extension from Dashboard → Chrome extension. To delete your account and workspace data entirely, email support@getstreamxp.com.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: eBay (API access you authorise), Stripe (billing), Neon (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell personal data.
